Orlanda Engineering OÜ is an international design and engineering company, operating since 2018 and incorporated in Estonia, East-North Europe. The company specializes in building envelope design and engineering, precise measurements, advanced 3D laser scanning, point cloud processing and analysis, top-level supervision, and at the core of its activity – Value Engineering for developers, aimed at translating architectural vision into feasible, accurate, and economically sound engineering systems. The company provides its services both to developers and contractors, as well as to facade execution companies, specializing in dry-hung cladding systems and curtain wall systems. The firm currently employs 30 professionals, most of them engineers and designers specializing in the building envelope sector. At any given time, the company is actively involved in approximately 100 projects across Israel, Ireland, Poland, and Estonia.

We provide volume estimations, prepare working documentation, and develop preliminary facade designs. Our BOM calculations are based on materials optimization, ensuring cost-efficiency and precision.

We utilize 3D scanning technology to capture the object or its part accurately. This includes measurements, post-scanning measurements, and the preparation of production drawings along with comprehensive documentation sets.

We offer online assistance and technical supervision for installation teams, ensuring project and technical task compliance on-site. Our team provides real-time support to facilitate seamless installations.

We are proficient in writing code and developing plugins for CAD software. These innovations save execution time, minimize human errors, and significantly reduce labor costs for engineering and design departments.
